Terms and Conditions

A 50% non-refundable is required to secure your slot. Failure to pay a deposit within 48 hours will result in slot cancellation and project delay.

Payment is split into the following structure: 50% deposit (before beginning the project), 25% Mid production and 25% upon completion (before delivery)

All resources and design elements needed to complete the work, including but not limited to fonts, stock images and domain name, are not to be paid for by ViiDesiign Studio.

Those will be paid for by the client, who will retain the right to use them.

Any requested additional work outside the scope of this agreement will be charged as extra expenses. (e.g. extra revisions, extra concept sketches).

The project will only begin after the client has submitted all resources, such as design elements and brand information.

After the work is completed, the client will own the rights to the design, and ViiDesiign Studio will own the right to share the design only for promotional usage.

In case of project cancellation, after the work has started, the client will pay for the work hours already completed and will not be refunded the 50% upfront payment.
